Hangin' Around is a fun interpretation of the jive rock and country song from Eric Church's 2018 album Desperate Man. It has a light golden yellow semi-solid base and boasts sharp waterfall speckles in burgundy, pink, brown, green and blue. This is a new colorway I developed as part of my Summer 2020 collection but it has a reminiscent color palette perfect for going into Fall.
Description of Bases, 1 skein of each available:
Spiral Sock Yarn Base:
80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon
400 yards/ 366 meters
3.5 ounces/ 100g skein
This 2-ply yarn is so incredibly soft and durable thanks to the added Nylon. It will be a yummy treat for anyone’s toes!
Sparkle Sock Yarn Base:
70% Superwash Wool, 20% Nylon, 10% Silver Stellina
402 yds/ 367 meters
3.5 oz/ 100 grams
Sparkle Sock base, this yarn is glittery and lightweight, with just enough Stellina to add sparkle to the soft merino and nylon with adding scratchiness. This yarn is perfect for socks, shawls, tops, any accessory projects, and more.
Soft Worsted Yarn Base:
100% Superwash Merino Wool
220 yards/ 201 meters
3.5 ounces/ 100 grams
Soft Worsted base, this yarn is lofty and soft, and because it is superwash treated, very easy to care for. Ideal for baby garments, shawls, sweaters, blankets, or accessory projects.
Machine wash gentle in cold water, tumble dry low. While the yarn is machine washable, I highly recommend washing by hand with wool wash and laying out flat to dry for lasting quality.
Hand dyed using professional acid dyes. Due to the nature of this process, no two skeins are completely identical, though they are dyed together in small batches. Colors will vary between dye lots, so if using two or more skeins of one color in a project, it is recommended to work a few rows from each skein then switch.
Colors may also vary between viewing monitors and know that I do make every effort to accurately depict the true colors of the yarn in each and every listing photo.
